Boot Install Test Warning

1. Before installing the PV inverter, check whether the inverter is damaged during transportation.

 

2. Strictly follow the instructions for installation and commissioning. If you do not install and debug according to the instructions in the manual, the warranty will not be granted.

 

3. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the machine without technical customer service. Such as unauthorized disassembly, no warranty.

 

4. The inverter must not be connected to electricity: connect the battery first, then the mains, and finally the solar panel.

 

5. Before the power-on test, it is necessary to check whether the input and output terminals are short-circuited.

 

6. A circuit breaker must be installed before the input and output wiring.

 

7. Use a battery pack of the same type and specification, and cannot use old and new batteries at the same time

    I am very disappointed with this converter.
    I bought it to use groups of 4 panels in series to have a PV voltage up to 80 volts.
    But this converter cannot accept a PV voltage higher than the battery voltage.
    If we put a PV input voltage of 80 volts, after about a minute, the voltage will drop to about 26 volts.
    Everything happens as if only groups of two panels in series were used.
    The fans are too noisy, it’s impossible to lower the speed.

    My hybrid inverter is not working. Resp. the solar side not charging. This was my 3th or 4th order, this one is fault – Aliexpress state my problem is valid. I make 4-5 videos, as seller asked, but communication is terrible. I try 2 weeks from now, reach working solution but its like I’m talking with 3-4 different persons. Ask to use 24v battery, then not answering 3-4 days. Then ask about load connection (in first video already load was connected) and from now 3 weeks is gone and nothing was replaced or sended, no help at all. It should be returned to china, instead of they replace it or send the defected part… I buy not working stuff and lose almost euros.

    Be aware of this seller! It’s throwing good money after bad.
    The inverter I got had a broken wire connector, so I was unable to connect it to the mains.
    I opened a dispute, and the seller was ignoring my request to get it replaced, so AliExpress decided to get me refunded. However, I tried to discuss the issue with the seller further. I took pictures and recorded videos showing the broken part. The only thing I got back is useless questions or the request to measure the current to check if the inverter powers on. I’m sure it would power on if I would be able to tighten the screw of all connectors. Aliexpress decided I get refunded and the seller needs to pay the shipping cost. Of course, the seller ignored this, and the dispute got closed.
